There are many advantages in joining the Association. Among other things, you will contribute to the publishing of our Bulletin by gathering and forwarding stories, texts, photos and obituaries, which form our family history, and helps us leave behind a legacy for future generations. Thus, you will benefit from the subscription of our periodical, le Bulletin, which will keep you posted on the different activities within the Association, and will familiarize you with the individuals that have contributed to the history of our families.
You may also meet distant relatives and perhaps even a close cousin, whom you had lost track of. You will have access to a genealogy support service to help you trace your ancestors. You will learn about the members of the large Therrien family by participating at meetings and gatherings organized by the Association.
Becoming active members
Upon application and acceptance by the Board, any person descending or affiliated with Jean and Pierre Terrien, complying with admission’s requirements, may become active members of the association.
Following acceptance by the Board, any member in good standing will receive a membership card.
Its members shall pay annual contributions to the association on January first of each year.
